orange vinaigrette

upcoming will be a post from our easter dinner…but for now, here is a little tidbit from the yumminess that was in our household. my 13th recipe so far!

orange vinaigrette:

1/4 c. orange juice

2 T. balsamic vinegar

1 T. dijon mustard

2 t. honey

1/8 t. black pepper

all you have to do for this one is mix the ingredients together…the recipe suggests that you use a jar or container with a lid to shake it all up. we also added some zest from a clementine, about 1 t. of olive oil, and salt.

all of this over romaine lettuce, carrots, feta cheese and some candied walnuts and we were in business!
